# Introduction to finance needs

These modules discuss the different types of finance products you can apply for in order to raise finance for a specific business need i.e. buying equipment, for working capital or for expanding a business. 

 

As you will see, there is often a number of different finance products to choose from. Each finance product has its own eligibility requirements, and the one that best suits your needs will be closely linked to the stage of growth of your business, and its current state e.g. whether it is profitable and/or whether it owns assets.
